The main drawback of proprietary technologies is the lack of flexibility provided to third parties to work independently from the operating system supplier. Bantry Technologies is conscious that for many reasons, such as confidentiality or language issues, the company cannot pretend to help its customers without offering the means to develop applets on their own.

Obviously, this is not enough. There is no reason why our customers should learn a proprietary language, which cannot be used outside the context of our products range. With this in mind, the company has developed an efficient user-friendly interface which enables developers to seamlessly design and write their applets without having to learn any programming language.

Equally importantly, the company did not accept to have uncontrolled memory size issues while using a graphical tool. The Geode™ development kit has been designed in such a way that the end applet offers the highest level of optimisation possible.

Geode™ is ideally conceived to allow applet developers to quickly add value of all our Deimos phase 2+ range of products. Native has never been so easy to deal with.
